Quality Check
All returned items go through a quality inspection once received. IRASVA reserves the right to assess the product before confirming its return value. This includes verifying the product's weight, authenticity, and condition, as well as checking for any damage or defects, such as stone cracks, replacements, or alterations. The quality check performed by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory may take up to 4 working days. Returns may not be accepted if:

Refunds
Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check. The final amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days after quality check approval for the amount to be refunded. Refund timeline begins only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

A Few Things to Note
1. If your order included a promotion or free gift or gold coin, it must be returned as well. The return process mandates the return of the gold coin to its original condition. If the coin is not returned, the prevailing market value of the coin will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange and Buyback Policy
IRASVA proudly offers a Lifetime Exchange and Buyback program on all our IRASVA products, ensuring you enjoy flexibility and peace of mind with every purchase. Whether you wish to upgrade or simply return your product, our commitment to your satisfaction is unwavering.
- ● Condition & Documentation: Any product offered for exchange or return must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original invoice, certificate and packaging.
- ● Calculation of Exchange and Buyback Value: The Lifetime Exchange and Buyback amount will be calculated based on the prevailing market rate. If any coupons, discounts or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount/percentage will be reduced/deducted according to the values of the coupon or discount percentage which had been applied/used.
- ● Evaluation before Exchange: IRASVA reserves the right to assess the product before confirming its exchange or return value. This includes verifying the product's weight, authenticity, and condition, as well as checking for any damage or defects, such as stone cracks, replacements, or alterations. The quality check performed by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory may take up to 4 working days.
- ● Wear & Tear: While normal wear and tear are to be expected, suitable deductions may be applicable for excessive wear and tear pieces, damages, or stone defects (crack, replacement) alterations and loss of bill and certificate etc. No credit will be given for stone defects (cracks, scratches, replacements, alterations). The value of damaged stones will be deducted from the refund/exchange value, and these stones will be returned to the customer. The chances of the breakage of the stones, in the process of removal are high; the resultant losses would be the sole responsibility of the customer; IRASVA can not be held responsible for the same in whatsoever manner.
- ● Re-certification: In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, IRASVA will send the solitaire/jewellery to the lab for re-certification, and the customer shall bear the shipping, insurance and re-certification cost of the same.
- ● Exclusions: Due to the additional effort involved in creating fully customized jewellery (except IRASVA designs), our Lifetime Buyback policy does not apply to these pieces. However, our Lifetime Exchange policy remains applicable. All Precious Gemstones and any Solitaire Diamonds above 50 cents are excluded from the Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policy.
- ● Lifetime Exchange Credit: In the case of a Lifetime Exchange, the exchange amount to be credited to the customer will be held as a credit for a future purchase for 60 days only.
- ● Buyback / Refund Payment: Refunds will be made via online bank transfer / the original source of payment to the customer within 15 working days of receiving the product.
- ● Name Changes: Name changes on credit notes or invoices will not be allowed unless authorized in writing by the customer whose name is on the original invoice.
- ● Shipping: The exchange policy applies only to orders shipped within India and is not available for international orders. Any shipping charges on exchanges must be borne by the customer. Any breakages or damages that occur during transit from the customer's location to the brand locations will be the customer’s responsibility.
- ● Taxes & Fees: All applicable taxes, duties, and fees based on local law are the customer's responsibility.
