Welcome to Irasva.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Irasva website at www.irasva.com and any related digital platforms, applications, services and features made available by Irasva (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Renaissance Global Limited, which operates the Irasva brand ("Irasva", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or place an order through it.

1. ABOUT THE PLATFORM

1.1 The Platform enables customers to browse, enquire about and purchase jewellery and related products and services offered by Irasva.
"Jewellery" includes pre-designed jewellery, jewellery set with diamonds and/or gemstones, and other products made available for purchase through the Platform.
1.2 You may access most areas of the Platform without registering an account. Certain features and services may require you to create an account or provide additional information.
1.3 These Terms should be read together with our other applicable policies, including:

• Privacy Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Return, Exchange & Buyback Policy
• Payment Policy
• Any other policies, notices or terms displayed on the Platform

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific policy applicable to a particular transaction, the terms of the specific policy will apply to that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
1.4 These Terms constitute an electronic record under applicable Indian law and do not require physical or digital signatures.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You may use the Platform and enter into transactions only if you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
2.2 If you are under the age required to legally enter into a contract, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be made by a person legally competent to enter into the transaction.
2.3 By using the Platform, you represent that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and current.
Irasva reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where information provided by the user is materially inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or incomplete.

3. USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION
3.1 Where registration is required, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep such information updated.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
3.3 You should immediately notify Irasva if you believe that your account or credentials have been accessed or used without your authorization.
3.4 Irasva reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, in violation of these Terms or in a manner that may harm the Platform, Irasva or other users.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user's account
• Circumvent or interfere with security features
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with the operation or availability of the Platform
• Use automated systems, bots or scraping tools to access or extract Platform content without our prior written permission
• Post or transmit content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Upload or transmit personal information belonging to another person without lawful authority
• Harass, threaten or abuse our employees, representatives, customers or other users
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
5.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate and up to date.
However, minor variations may occur between product images displayed on a screen and the actual product, including variations in colour, finish, appearance or size due to photography, lighting, display settings and manufacturing characteristics.
5.2 Jewellery containing natural diamonds, gemstones or other natural materials may have inherent variations in colour, clarity, texture, pattern and appearance. Such natural characteristics are not necessarily considered defects.
5.3 Product availability displayed on the Platform may change without notice. A product being displayed on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available for purchase.
5.4 Irasva reserves the right to discontinue, modify or limit the availability of any product, collection, service or offer at any time.

6. PRICING
6.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 While we take reasonable care to ensure that pricing information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, Irasva reserves the right to cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.
6.3 Prices may change from time to time based on factors including changes in metal prices, diamond and gemstone prices, taxes, duties, costs and other commercial considerations.
The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to verification and acceptance by Irasva.

7. ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
7.1 Placing an order through the Platform constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product or products.
7.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement or confirmation through the contact details provided by you.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
7.3 Irasva reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product availability
• Pricing or product information errors
• Payment issues
• Inability to verify customer or transaction information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
• Delivery restrictions
• Violation of these Terms
• Other legitimate business or operational reasons

7.4 If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Irasva will process the applicable refund in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.

8. PAYMENT
8.1 Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the Platform, including applicable cards, UPI, net banking and other authorised payment methods.
8.2 Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.
You may be required to provide information necessary to complete the payment transaction. Such information may be subject to the privacy policy and terms of the relevant payment service provider.
